My journey to discovering how to be in service to you
My education and experience in the human body started at a young age during my competitive and professional figure skating career. At the same time I started studies in sport education, anatomy and physiology.

In my thirties, after getting certification in massage, body work and reflexology, I became more and more aware and guided to dive deeper into a holistic approach to healing.
​
With more profound personal life lessons and challenges, I needed to connect to my emotional and energetic body to rebalance my life. I combined all I knew as a dancer, body worker with studies in energy healing, breath work, movement and sounding.
​
In recent years I became really passionate about adding the knowledge and use of essential oils in my practice.
I must say that all these healing practices I came to by personal need to enhance and heal myself and I have had a profound experience and change within myself by using all of these.
​
I have been on my journey to share and help others and bring this knowledge and experience to my healing room with a reverence and gratitude for 30 years.
My greatest wish for all who come to share their challenges with me, whether they are physical, emotional or spiritual, is to embark on a journey with me. A spiral journey of empowerment, discovery and ultimately healing.

Jana has created such a peaceful and uplifting meditation space, which makes me want to naturally take a deep and healing breath. She strikes a perfect balance between gently supporting each person while holding the group energy. I always leave her session with a sense of inner-peace and clarity. I appreciate learning about a dew different types of breathing techniques. Nice to have a variety. I look forward to the 20 minuter meditation part of the class when my body and mi8nd can really rest in this lively setting by the fire.
